Not, this person. This Jennifer Ford person has been seriously rude and aloof. She tends to make snide remarks. The other employees leave something to be desired too. But, they seem okay if you strike up a conversation about some obscure rapper, producer, or NYC (MF Doom, J Dilla).. Typical hipster BS. Not too fond of Ms. Ford though. The "heads" that answer the phone and run the counter on the other hand possess zero customer service skills. That's why I stopped going there.
