Nice little shop, the owner is friendly and courteous but that all ends with her. The “heads” that answer the phone and run the counter on the other hand possess zero customer service skills. That’s why I stopped going there. I’d rather buy online then get attitude or laziness from some minimum wage hundreds hipster.

Hmm, the owner is Clarence Nathan from my understanding. Not, this person. This Jennifer Ford person has been seriously rude and aloof. She tends to make snide remarks. The other employees leave something to be desired too. But, they seem okay if you strike up a conversation about some obscure rapper, producer, or NYC (MF Doom, J Dilla).. Typical hipster BS. Not too fond of Ms. Ford though. Hopefully they have changed since the last time I went there (a year or so)…
